This is a pattern from my 2023 Advent. The popular and somewhat tricky pattern is for experienced knitters, or those up for a challenge. It does involve some accurate and lots of counting.
The pattern is an hommage to the traditional Japanese sash worn with the elegant kimono. Several motifs lay adjacently, the colours reflect the subtle hues of the blossoms and the carp swimming in the tranquil pools.
