Refund & Return Policy

At Madrigal Yarns we really want you to love your purchase, however we know that expectations can sometimes fall short. We are happy to offer returns and refunds if you are unhappy with your yarn for any reason — just reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it right.

Defective Products If your yarn arrives damaged or defective, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement — the choice is entirely yours. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the defect.

Change of Mind We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been dispatched. However, if your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we reserve the right to retain the order processing fee in such cases.

Please, in all cases be aware that the refund process may take time to clear between the banks and the Shopify site and this is not something we can control.
