Returns and Refunds

We cannot accept returns and offer refunds if you have a change of mind.

If you believe that the yarn is faulty, damaged or completely different to the images shown on the website then please contact us before you unravel it, we will address this straight away by offering you a replacement.

When you unravel the yarn you accept ownership of this and it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Yarn is a consumable product.
