These colours are all hand dyed so slight variations in the intensity of the colour will occur, this gives it its texture and character. Every effort has been made to represent the colours on the screen as close to real as possible using lightbox photography that provides the best colour representation available.

So, this colour reminded me of clouds and therefore I thought of the gods, the Olympian ones. Since Zeus is dark and angry, and Hera is vengeful, I thought this colour represented her better. It’s beautiful teal tones are a hint of her green eyed jealousy.
